For the development of Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises in the context of Financial Crisis in China, the "danger" and the "opportunity" are co-exist. According to the article, in the context of financial crisis, the Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises should adjust its strategies timely, so as to adapt to the changing external environment; Enterprises should implement Strategic Performance Management after its strategic adjustment actively, just to maintain the effectiveness and sustainability of corporate strategy. The main purpose of the thesis is that, make the external threats to a minimum of the Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises through the strategic adjustment brought by the financial crisis, and to take full advantage of opportunities to win the market competitive initiative ultimately brought by the financial crisis. The thesis analyzed the development status of the equipment manufacturing industry comprehensively, and analyzed the profound effect of the equipment manufacturing industry and its different types of equipment manufacturing enterprises brought by the financial crisis. By analyzing, it is concluded that the equipment manufacturing companies should implement the strategic adjustment timely. Combined with the development of the equipment manufacturing industry in China, the thesis put forward the corresponding countermeasures to the different types of equipment manufacturing enterprises for the strategic adjustment. According to the thesis, after the strategic adjustment of equipment manufacturing enterprises in the context of the financial crisis, in the future of long-term development process, to protect the effectiveness and sustainability of corporate strategy, the enterprises need implement the strategic performance management, combined with the method KPI of the strategic Performance Management, the thesis submitted some practical operational guidance. At last, through a case analysis, the thesis analyzed the application practices of the implementation of the strategic adjustment and strategic performance management of the equipment manufacturing enterprises in the context of the financial crisis.
