Research Of Chinese Direct Investment In Ukraine

With the further development of economic globalization,international investment has becomethe world’s economic ties between countries and an important form of communication. Inrecent years, Ukrainian-Chinese trade and investment relations have developed rapidly andachieved some positive results. At the same time, Chinese investment in Ukraine, there arestill a small number of small-scale, low level of problem. Therefore, the analysis of Ukrainianinvestment environment and foreign investment in industry structure and other issues topromote the development of China’s investment in Ukraine has important practicalsignificance.This paper analyzes the status of Ukrainian economy and investment. Second, analysis of theinvestment environment in Ukraine. Major infrastructure elements, including Ukraine andfinancial operations system; technology system, legal factors and investment tax system.Discussed again at direct investment to Ukraine cost and risk factors, including:personnel andlabor costs, foreign investment and other business costs and political and social risks,economic risks. Finally reveals the development of China’s direct investment in Ukrainianpolicy recommendations.This paper argues that trade in services and direct investments carried out on a country’spolitical and economic institutional environment are higher, and economic transition processin Chinese-Ukrainian market economy system is not perfect, restricted bilateral economic andtechnological cooperation further development. However, the two ends of Asia and Europe assub-office power, and is a member of the World Trade Organization, to deepen economiccooperation with a common institutional basis and institutional consensus.
