Research On The Popularization And Application Of The Fiscal Casher Register In Pingfang Harbin

Since the11th five-year plan, the tax revenue has grown fast in China,but, at the sametime, evade taxes, tax loophole phenomenon is still serious, for which the tax authority isdifficult to implement effective monitoring. There are many loopholes in the tax supervision,which is disrupting the normal economic order, and is causing the loss of state taxes. Thepopularization and application of the fiscal casher register is one of the effective ways, inwhich the invoice management for the small-scale taxpayers can be strengthened effectively.The origin of the fiscal casher register is described briefly in this paper. The experience ofapplication at home and abroad is researched. At the same time, the application of the fiscalcasher register is analyzed empirically in Ping Fang. This paper introduces the applicationprocess of the fiscal casher register in this region, in which some problems of thepopularization and application have been found. And then, the cause analyses of the problemsin application process of the fiscal casher register in China. Finally the countermeasures tosolve the problem have been put forward. The laws and regulations which is relevant tofinance should be the perfected, and the National standards system in tax-controlled alsoshould be established, and the prize invoice system also should be popularized.The common problems and causes of in the application of the fiscal casher register inChina, which can be taken an example by other regions in the popularization and applicationof the fiscal casher register.
