| The research of green industry would be an important topic in the study of economic development in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area. The region would be driven to break the traditional model of economic development by developing green industries, and mutual benefits of economic development and environmental protection would be realized, at the same time, the development of green industries would be the outside option of sustainable development in the low-carbon era. Julang Pasture belongs to Qiqihaer Administration of Heilongjiang Reclamation, locates in west of Songnen Plain and adjoins with Zhalong Natural Reserve. The pasture is far away from developed industry area, have fertile soil, abundant geothermal resources and biomass energy, and it is one of the five natural pastures in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area, which have Unique excellent environment. How to take full advantage of the special resources in Julang Pasture, develop green industries which have market prospects and reflect significant economic and ecological benefits, and make a perfect and systematic development plan of the green industry will be a significant study which has certain theoretical value and practical significance in Julang Pasture, Qiqihaer Administration and Heilongjiang Reclamation Area.In this paper, method combined with information consulting and field survey, method of SWOT analysis, and method of combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis were applied. The Julang Pasture was taken as the research object. Based on analysis of the basic conditions and development status and SWOT analysis of status and potential of developing green industries in Julang Pasture,"six advantages, three disadvantages, four opportunities and three challenges" of Julang Pasture was summed up. The advantages were outstanding, disadvantages were obvious, opportunities were a few and challenges were not a few, but the advantages were more than disadvantages, and opportunities were more than challenges.The concepts of green development and market economy were introduced into the idea of industry planning, a new path of green development was explored, development strategies of development of green industries were made, and some industries were planned, for example hot spring tourism industry, new energy industry, industry of growing organic vegetable in geothermal greenhouse, organic spa rice industry, characteristic economy crop (green beans) industry and ecological poultry industry, etc., And the tourism project of hot spring, the construction projects of biogas stations and organic fertilizer factory, the planting project of hot spring rice, the construction project of geothermal heating, the planting project of organic vegetables in geothermal shed, the construction project of organic green bean base and quality traceability system and other projects were planned in detail. The transformation form of economic development of the Julang Pasture was explored, the structure of industry development was optimized, the new advantages of green development was created and a new road of endogenous motivation of green development in the pasture was opened up, finally some related countermeasures and suggestions of developing green industries in Julang Pasture were put forward. It played a demonstrated and guided role in building green industry system in the Heilongjiang Reclamation Area. |
