| With the rapid development of social economy,resources,environment and ecology suffer more from stressed,and safety of agricultural products accidents occur frequently.All of these endanger healthy diet of Human and profoundly affect nerves of everyone.Faced by increasingly striking issues of quality safety of agricultural products,the Party Central Committee and the State Council put the work into the important agendas and put forward to cope with contradiction with supply side reform.It is an important measure for optimizing agricultural structure and agricultural sustainable development to develop green agriculture.Based on Marxist theory of ecological economics,supply and demand theory as well as supply-side reform theory,the thesis points out supply-side reform theory is the inheritance and development of Marx’ s theory of structural balance in China,And its essence aims at improving supply quality and making supply better adapting the change of pattern of demand.Agricultural supply side reform’s cores are mainly in greatly improving ecological environment,accelerating green industrial development,building green production patterns and life styles,adapting consumption upgrading tendency,promoting agricultural product quality and facilitating effective combination between supply and demand.Endowed with advantageous natural conditions,the green tea industry in Hanzhong greatly developed this year.Meanwhile,Through in-depth research,I found,the green tea industry development in Hanzhong still exists a apparent gap with other main tea producing areas in China.The main problems include relatively low quality of tea effected by a lack of green planting awareness,still keeping traditional planting and processing patterns,weak market competitiveness,low availability caused by insufficient industrial chain,weak brand competitiveness and poor economic performance etc.These problems profoundly hinder and restrict the further development of green tea industry in Hanzhong.base construction,extend industrial chain and expand the industry scale.On the other hand,industry association should tighten up the related legal system construction,improve planting environment and processing environment,promote product quality,strengthen market competitiveness of local green tea brand,cultivate high-end customers and market,improve related social services and enhance economic performance to further firm the sustainable development of green tea industry in Hanzhong. |
