Study On Rural Old-Aged-Insurance In The New Period

The old-age security problem is the focus of the relationship between rural people’s livelihood. The perfection of old-age security system will directly affect China’s economic development and social stability. The aging of the population structure, one child increased sharply backward pension system and our society must face up to these distinctive features of the times.The paper is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction from the first chapter. The beginning of the first chapter introduces the research background of this article, that China has entered a stage of population aging,and the speed of aging seize accelerated.at present, the aging rural population is higher than the city, the formation of the grim situation of the aging of urban and rural inverted. Then conducted a retrospective study of rural old-age security at home and abroad, different scholars have come to different results according to their own research and analysis. Existing research and theory on the basis of the proposed methods and structural framework of this study concluded that the innovation of this paper and inadequacies.The second part of Chapter Ⅱ introduces the theoretical basis of the old-age security system. Section Ⅰ introduces the basic concepts of the old-age security, pension security refers to how the pension, which means that the support on the various meanings of the pension needs of the members of society, support and protection. Section Ⅱ describes the rural old-age security implementation:family support, land endowment, social pension. Section Ⅲ of the nature of the pension protection and external analysis, examining the rural old-age security in China, as a result of the different ways in nature, the nature of the old-age security in rural areas there is a big difference. The fourth quarter on the government supply of old-age security mechanism,The third part of Chapter Ⅲ, focus of old-age security system. From the need to improve the rural old-age security system, analyze the present situation of the rural old-age security system, including the status of the family old-age security, the status of the land the status of old-age security and the social old-age security. These status quo of the current problems of the rural old-age security system consists of three main areas:(1) rural endowment insurance coverage narrow, low level of protection.(2) weaken the role of family pension and land endowment.(3) The new rural social endowment insurance system defects. Finally explore further limit the development of China’s old-age security system, mainly from the perspective of the urban-rural dual structure and traditional pension concept of point of interpretation. Part IV of Chapter IV of this chapter describes the foreign rural old-age security system model development as well as old-age security system in China. Existing research from abroad to see the rural social old-age security is generally included in the study of the entire social security system, dedicated to the study of rural social old-age security is relatively small, based on existing research can be summarized in the following three foreign rural old-age protection mode:Part Ⅴ of Chapter Ⅴ, on the basis of analysis of the rural old-age security system, summed up the experience of foreign old-age security system to improve the path of China’s old-age security system.
