Study On The Small Scale Agricultural Products Producing Organization’s Interests Guaranteeing Mechanism Based On The Supply Chain Alliance

The agricultural products supply chain is one big “fundamental chains” of the socialeconomy. The rural population of our country is huge, and small scale agricultural productsproducing organization is a large part of our country’s agricultural production. But small scaleagricultural products producing organization is dispersive, the producing technical level is low,the developmental level of infrastructure such as logistics and information technology fallsbehind, as well as the small scale production organization itself is in a weak position and themarket developmental situation influences, these factors cause the interests of our country’ssmall scale agricultural products producing organization in the supply chain are not guaranteedwell. Based on the above contents, this article conducts research on the guaranteeing of thesmall scale agricultural products producing organization’s interests.This article analyzes the current situation of interests’ realization of the small scaleagricultural product producing organization, and the problems existing in the interests’guaranteeing of the small scale agricultural products producing organization. By analyzing therelated factors of the small scale agricultural products producing organization’s interestsguaranteeing with Factor Analysis, combined with the field research information, the relatedfactors of the small scale agricultural products producing organization’s interests’ guarantee areclassified approximately into three kinds, including fundamental condition factor, relativelyfixed influence-factor, relatively variable influence-factor. Because the relatively variableinfluence factor is the part which can be changed easier by small scale agricultural productsproducing organization, which makes this part become the key controlling point for the smallscale agricultural products producing organization’s interests’ guaranteeing.According the result of Factor Analysis, this article designed the Stackelberg sequentialgame model, and conducted that the wholesaler should decide a profit distribution coefficient λwhich is large enough to stimulate small scale agricultural products producing organization toparticipate in supply chain alliance, so that wholesaler can maximize their profit and the smallscale agricultural products producing organization can maximize their profit either. And thisarticle constructs the small scale agricultural products producing organization’s interestsguaranteeing mechanism according to the research and analysis results, including profitdistribution mechanism, risk response mechanism, incentive mechanism and the informationsharing mechanism.
