In recent years, the economy of the Ganzhou city rapid development, and the navel orange industry of Gannan is also growing. From the70s of last century, the navel orange of Ganzhou has been become the world’s first planting area, output third, and the largest navel orange main producing areas in our country. The development of Gannan navel orange is not only gave the "Rare Earth Kingdom","World Tungsten " Ganzhou add luster, but also returned to the local farmers to increaseincome and improved their living standards. Combined with local production and lifestyle, forming a "pig-biogas-fruit", the eco-cycle economic and agricultural development mode, and made a great contribution to the sustainable development of Ganzhou’s economy. But the massive navel orange industry is not matched with the logistics service industry, now the Ganzhou navel orange industry are subject to a number of constraints. In order to orange Ganzhou future to better development, the construction of comprehensive logistics center has become the necessaryThis paper presents the research background and significance in the first, introduces domestic and international logistics center location research present situation; then on logistics center concept, classification, function, role and logistics center location principle did simple research; followed by the study of the genetic algorithm theory, including the basic principle of genetic algorithm, theory and the basic steps of genetic algorithm, and the selection, crossover, mutation operator; and then the Ganzhou navel orange on logistics center needs to do a brief analysis, mainly about the Ganzhou navel orange industry development present situation and the development of Ganzhou logistics industry basis and existing problems, the problem constraints leads to the Ganzhou navel orange industry in the development of logistics service needs of the host; finally using the genetic algorithm to the Ganzhou navel orange logistics center location made the further planning.
