In today’s ear of knowledge economy, knowledge workers have become an important source of cure competitiveness of enterprises. XX company as arepresentative of the local small and medium-sized private high-tech enterprises, particularly in human resource management in the management of knowledge workers encountered many problems, so the knowledge workers of the study XX incentive problems of great significance.XX company’s R&D and product for all knowledge workers, the authorconducted a questionnaire survey, analysis results showed that the XX company’s knowledge workers is a serious drain on the knowledge-based employee performance appraisal is difficult to implement, and pay incentives can’t play a long-term effective role, the company lacks the career management of knowledge workers. The main reason is the old concept of corporate governance system is not perfect, the goal is not clear, employees "after80" of features and incentives market competition. In this regard, the author used the motivation theories countermeasures:the scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system based in incentives pay, achievement motivation, self-incentives, and growth incentive, emotional incentives to motivate knowledge workers to maximize their ability and value, and promote the healthy development of the company.
