With the development of communication technology and universal using of intelligent mobile phone market in China, terminal business has become the most important carrier of operators between business units. This article mainly studies the competitive strategy of Guangxi MCC mobile terminal.Firstly, introducing the terminal development and competition pattern, the development process of China terminal industry, Guangxi terminal industry competition status and development trend. Then, analyzing Guangxi MCC terminal industry development environment from the four respects which are political, economic, society and technology. The third, analyzing Guangxi CMCC’s terminal service industry environment by the Potter Five forces model. Deeply researching Guangxi CMCC terminal business’s internal environment, which includes the Guangxi MCC’s overall operation, terminal business development situation, terminal business location problems, terminal business operation mode, terminal subsidy policy, terminal industry chain construction. The fourth, chapter analyzes Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats, of Guangxi MCC terminal business by using SWOT model. Then making clear the business development strategic target of Guangxi MCC terminal. Finally, in the implementation stage, making strategy from different parts which are the marketing, channel, brand, human resources, services, other dimensions of strategy and so on.By analyzing the Guangxi MCC terminal business’s competitive strategy, selection and implementation, this article promotes Guangxi MCC terminal business develops. Also has certain theory significance and role model, provides terminal strategy experience for other regional operators.
