| Since increasing promotion on automotive supply chain management and information industrial development&wide use of IT, more and more enterprises recognize the significance of IT to the development of enterprise. Therefore, increasing logistics enterprises transfer the strength to information construction, and information level has been the key indicator on comprehensive competence of logistics enterprise. Due to different areas involved different characteristics, it is necessary to establish matched logistics management for each supply chain to achieve information management of supply chain. In GX, automotive industrial is information industry but at the beginning and promoting stage, and there is no complete rules have been achieved in supply chain information construction. As a result, how to establish and promote supply chain information rules for GX automotive enterprises is the crucial factors to upgrade automotive supply chain competence in this areas.Author of this thesis has been working in logistics enterprise management and information management, and engages in information construction project for SGMW and Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor., Co, and other state-owned and JVC, master latest automotive logistics management trends in GX. The author has made relatively profound study on GX automotive manufacturing supply chain. Taking a representative logistics company for a Liuzhou big automotive OEM for example, this thesis uses strategic management logic, combine JIT, GMS, lean production and other production management theories of automotive manufacturing, to research on IT plan for this company and put forward feasible IT strategic layout. Based on case analysis, it discusses information construction of GX automotive manufacturing supply chain, to assist promotion of GX supply chain information construction. |
