TPM is the Abbreviation of Total Productive Maintenance, which became a modern enterprise management mode from Japan. In its early stage, TPM mainly focused on improving the efficiency of production through predictive equipment maintenance system. Gradually, TPM gets constant development and perfection and its content and connotation has been greatly improved. At present, TPM aims to pursuit the maximization of production efficiency and also pay attention to the quality of staff and corporate image enhancement, aiming to build a full participation, independent management and continuous improvement of management mechanism for the enterprise.In this paper, through the study of TPM theory and guiding ideology, combined with the management status of Guangxi Yunxin Textile Company, with reference to the implementation of TPM in other enterprises, the implementation plan of TPM, subject activities and construction of mechanism are analyzed in order to successfully implement TPM in the company. Furthermore, it provides some reference for the small and medium textile enterprise to carry out TPM, which tries to establish a highly efficient TPM management mechanism.In the process of the TPM implementation, it pays attention not only to the classical theory of learning, but also to the TPM guiding thought understanding, in accordance with their own actual status. The traditional TPM subject activities are sum up to three subject activities, namely the improvement of production efficiency, improvement of staff quality and enterprise image promotion. At the same time, pay more attention to the construction of TPM mechanism by which the company can achieve full participation, independent management and continual improvement.
