Co-integration Relation Between Urban Land Intensive Utilization And Economic Growth In Xiamen

Taking Xiamen city as a study case, this paper use comprehensive method to set up urban land intensive use index system, then take factors comprehensive method and principal component analysis method to evaluate urban land intensive use level respectively in Xiamen, and then use Co-integration analysis and Granger causality test to test the relationship between urban land intensive use score and economic growth score. The results shows:From1990to2009, urban land intensive use level in Xiamen city has increasing improvement trend in general, the improvement speed has stage difference; the results of Co-integration analysis shows that urban land intensive use is the Granger reason of economic growth, but also shows that economic growth is not the Granger reason of the urban land intensive use。...
