Pilitics, economy, culture of the worle go into the unprecedented stage of the development since the21st century, with the the globalization of the pilitics, economy, culture, which promote enterprise to find new method of the management to improve theirselves competitive ability. The ideology and methed of the Enterprise Resource Plan meet the enterprise’requirement which is facing up to the global competion. Utilizing Enterprise Resource Plan that is a contemporary enterprise’mangage model can integrate imformation. It received its stage of popularity. More and more apply Enterprise Resource Plan in the new situation and hope to realize the information in the managemnet and advance strain capacity and competitive advtange.Though there is many cases that have demostrated that Enterprise Resource Plan can bring benefit to enterprises, many enterprises have not successfully applied Enterprise Resource Plan, even have brought burthen. It is a Widespread statement that the rate of success is less than one fifth. In the background of company of JT using Inspur Enterprise Resource Plan, the article makes use of the targets of the Balanced score card to evaluate the change of achivement after applying Enterprise Resource Plan and know if it gets corresponding benefit or not.If Enterprise Resource Plan can be successfully applied lies on many factors and is influenced by the change of the market environment and enterprises themselves. The article analyzed the change of the achivement of company of JT after applying Enterprise Resource Plan, that supply some suggestions to enterprises in future, specially to construction business.
