Industrialization Path Choice Of Suqian

The history of world economic development shows that industrialization is an economic form in the process of human society development. Before the industrial civilization, the human civilization though has experienced thousands years of development, it makes progress slowly. Only because the Industrial Revolution industrial civilization changes human society to a rapidly, it changed the mankind pattern of production and life fundamentally. In other words, industrialization isn’t the core of modernization and is the meaning of urbanization and is the driving force for the industrialization of agriculture and is the soul of civilized society but also is a booster and a melting pot to change the farming community.After China put the opening and the reform policy into practice, the Jiangsu Province took a lead development relying on the opportunity, topographical advantages. Though in the same province, the development is not balanced in each place. Some works as courageously first, and becomes the economical developed areas; Some develops slowly as a result of all sorts of reasons, such as unsatisfactory environmental condition, error development opportunity, insufficient spirit of exploring etc, and became relatively the insufficient developed places. Suqian is located in the north of Jiangsu Province. The economy has made considerable progress after setting and reform policy. But compared with the developed south-Jiangsu, it is still insufficiently developed,in the same time and it is a typical representative of insufficient developed area in the Jiangsu Provine.As a insufficient city, What characteristic does it have, and how to choose the industrialization way to speed up the development step like Suqian? To solve these problems, this paper discusses the implications of industrialization and measure standard, so as to we can get the complete understanding concept of industrialization. After understanding what the basis of industrialization, we began to analysis present natural resources, industrial resources, specialized industry resources and overall economic development trends of Suqian, we get the conclude that Suqian is rich in resources and develops faste in the vertical, but compared to other areas, Suqian still lags behind other regions in Jiangsu Province. According to the status of Suqian resources,we analyze r the industrialization progress as well as the necessity and possibility of industrialization. We conclude that Suqian obtains only remain in the initial stage of industrialization and it’s necessary to accelerate the process of industrialization. Referring to the industrialization process of Suqian, we propose to a method of SWOT Analysis which includes strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Followed we analysis the success model of industrialization at home and abroad. By drawing on existing successful models and based on the actual industrialization of Suqian, we make innovations about industrialization of ideas and put forward the new road of industrialization which meets the characteristics of underdeveloped areas and the scientific concept of development requirements,as well as the principle of the new road to industrialization.
