| The Theory of Labor Property Right explores a new academic field. The property right advocates that workers take part in the partition of surplus value in the form of the labor owner of themselves, in that case the workers will not only obtain the rights to pursuit the surplus value created by free labors, but also enjoy the unity of labor ownership and the rights of labor income.In the purpose of obtaining an organic unity and communication between labor property rights and human theory, this paper tries to do a research and have a reflection on the theory of labor property right. The labor property right is not only a breakthrough of the economical theory, but also reaches a far-reaching significance, namely, it fully embodies human nature, demonstrates human value, promotes human development and realizes the liberation of the workers. So far, the research to the theory of Labor Property Right and the significance of Human Theory is an untouched wildness. Therefore, this paper tries to overlook the economic problems through the communication between the theory of Labor Property Right and Human Theory from the philosophical aspect. |
