Industry Cluster Based On Shared Interests Of The Supply Logistics Integration Research

Since the1990s, the industrial cluster has gradually developed to be an importantform of economic organization in the global economy. It provides an important modeof development and platform to small and medium-sized enterprise. Industrialcluster play an increasingly irreplaceable role in the economic development ofcountries. In China, the cluster enterprises do not pay attention to supply logisticsmodule in a long time. Supply logistics in the industry cluster has not been able to befully developed. The supply logistics are often fragmented, and unable to form ajoint force. The resources use is not fully, cost of the logistics remains high. In thecurrent, the individualization of the customers demand becomes more and moreprominent, the uncertainty of the market increases. The current situation of supplylogistics has become a bottleneck in the development of industry cluster.Integration of supply logistics is a new model of cluster enterprise logistics. Theenterprises can form a scale, through the integration of logistics resources in thecluster. Integration of supply logistics can also reduce the cluster enterprise purchasecost and logistics costs, and have great theoretical and practical significance to solvethe cost difficulties of cluster enterprise and achieve a win-win situation. This paperthinks breaking the bottleneck in the development of the logistics industry cluster isthe starting point. Specifically mainly has the following several aspects：First, the article analyzes the established principles and influencing factors. Onthis basis, the article provides three integrated development modes of the supplylogistics. Then it analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the three models. Itprovides the basis for the cluster to select suitable modes of organization on theiractual.Second, the benefit-sharing is the basis of enterprise logistics integration.Through analyses and comparison of the procurement costs, ultimately select jointprocurement as the research object. The paper use Shapley method, Nash negotiationmodel, simplified MCRS method and GQP method to share the costs incurred on the integrated process. Those methods ensure the fairness, and make cooperationfoundation for the long-term enterprise in the cluster.Third, the paper makes Yiwu Commodity Industrial Cluster as an example,describes the realization conditions and steps of supply logistics integration in detail.At last we can see the huge gains brought about by the supply logistics integration.The innovations of this paper can be demonstrated from the following aspects.Through multi-disciplinary analysis of industrial clusters, it constructs three mode ofsupply logistics integration. It put emphasis on the benefit-sharing mechanisms withjoint procurement, and analyses the win-win effect. The paper also gives the methodhow to distribute the benefit. I want to provide a scientific reference for clusterenterprises.
