Housing problem is an important problem affecting people’s livelihood, it has been attended increasingly in recent years.China as a country which has many population, it is a top job for China to resolve housing problem,it has significant meaning to maintain society stabilization. After real estate market went through fleet development, people’s acquire ability to houses, it has been a vital problem which needs government to focus on.Nowadays, academia focus widely on housing reformation affects difference of inhabitants’ houses regime, it has gotten to a common view, housing reformation is one of many influencing factors which result in housing inequality, city act a center of China development, what factors affect the difference of inhabitants’houses regime,especially in the days that hierarchy differentiation is serious, besides individual hierarchy differentiation impact on house status, whether family status and family delamination can be the factors that affect house status or not, this essay endeavors in this section study, expecting this essay can offer further explaination to urban residents’housing acquirement.This essay focus on the factors that affect acquirement of housing property right and the choice of housing types in urban families basiing on former’s studies.In this essay, the houses of urban inhabitants are divided into houses with property right and houses with non-property right; Housing types are divided into small dwelling-size,middle dwelling-size and big dwelling-size. This essay designs pattern basing on family features and delamination. In this essay, family features variables include family scale, the nature of registered permanent residence,marriage status,the rank of householders’date of birth and political identity; family delamination variables include family educational delamination,employment delamination and revenue delamination.In this study of housing property right, this essay introduces Binary Logistic regression to discuss urban family status affecting house acquriement, study finds major family features factors influence positively on urban family housing property right, there is significant influence in5%confidence interval including family scale, the nature of registered permanent residence, political identity, but marriage status is no significant impact. Among family delamination variables, there is significant influence in5%confidence interval including average employment delamination and advanced revenue delamination. In addition, this essay also introduces disordered classification logistic regression to discuss the choice of housing types in urban families, small dwelling-size is viewed as reference type. Study finds in terms of middle dwelling-size/small dwelling-size,, there is significant influence including family scale, the nature of registered permanent residence, marriage status,political identity,advanced family educational delamination, average and advanced revenue delamination. But in terms of big dwelling-size/small dwelling-size, there is significant influence including family scale, the nature of registered permanent residence, marriage status,political identity, average educational delamination and average,advanced employment delamination, average and advanced revenue delamination.
