The Influence Factors Of Hunan County Economy Development Study

County economy was the basic economic unit of the national economy and the cornerstone of the economy and a bridge between the cities and towns. As one of the core carrier and support forces of economic and social development, county economy played an extremely important role in the advance of strategy of "the shift in approach、 restructuring and benefiting people’s livelihood"、two types of the four modernizations in Hunan province and the construction of wealthy province. However, county’s economic development had been at a disadvantage for a long time because of the administrative system and the development strategy of "Great importance to urban and Contempt township".In order to further advance economic development of Hunan county, this paper conducted a special study about the influencing factor of county’s economic development.Based on the theory of regional economic, this paper summarized the results of previous studies, analysed the situation of the county’s economic development and the difference between the county’s economic zone in Hunan province, concluded that Hunan county’s economic development level was low and the internal differences of their was significant, and finally pointed out the problems of the county’s economic development. This paper built the cross regional growth model, and chose the investment of asset and labors as the regular variable, and increased industrial structure, mechanization rate, education, finance, urbanization rate as the validation variable. This article analysed the county economic development of the56counties (county-level cities) in Hunan province from1990to2009by panel data and completed an empirical study of the impact on the county’s economic development from the industrial structure, production factors and other factors. The paper then analysed the county economic development of CZT economic zone、HDTH economic zone、FXN economic zone and DXX economic zone from1990to2009by panel data and compared different results in various regions. According to empirical results, the paper found out the main reason affecting the development of county economy, pointed out the direction of development and made recommendations about the development of county economy in Hunan province.
