Through the analysis of the problems, the optimization of the design and in combination with the actual situation of the company put forward to optimize the thought, the key of the optimize content is to optimize the performance management mode called" reward related to production" to the "production and management performance" which is more comprehensive and controlled, at the same time, it should supplemented by evaluation index, evaluation process, performance feedback and guidance and attention performance results fairness and a series of methods to optimize the company’s performance management scheme.
