Gentleman is an important concept of Confucian, several major Confucian classic books almost adhere gentleman, a gentleman can be understood as focusing on self-character shape, and make its own character obey the rule of nature and society. The View of Confucian gentleman has further reference and guidance to character shaping of entrepreneurs.This article will put entrepreneurs character shaping under the view of Confucian gentleman and try to dissertate the the content of the Confucian gentleman comprehensively.
