With the rapid development of Science and technology, market competition presentsmany different characteristics of demand form under the market environment of economicglobalization: the needs of the consumers appear diversification and differentiation; in newmarket environment, enterprises are pressed for a new production mode. The traditional massproduction mode can’t meet the new challenge, then Mass Customization emerged fromwhich. The favourable Supply Chain Management (SCM) plays the essential role in puttingMass Customization into effect successfully.Firstly, this essay carries on a detailed PEST analysis and five force analysis for theexternal environment of PuTai mailed in mobile communication service Co., LTD GuangdongCompany.
