In the situation of global economy integration, the global economy develops rapidly, andthe enterprises are facing increasingly difficult living environment. In order to survive anddevelop in the fierce market competition, the implementation of supply chain managementhas become an important strategic tool for the enterprise. Many enterprises hope that after theintroduction of scientific and effective supply chain management system, they can enhancetheir market competitiveness and sustainable development ability, so these enterprises focuson supply chain management cooperation with upstream suppliers and improvement customerrelationship. In fact, with this set of supply chain management system, how to make thissystem effective implementation and improve the efficiency of the entire supply chainmanagement, especially the enterprise inner supply chain management efficiency, using thissystem to meet customer requirements, are often ignored by many enterprises.The ETD-Amphenol company studied in this thesis introduces the supply chainmanagement concepts and processes in the early days, where the PMC departments that Iworks in is collects all objects flow procession of the supply chain. Analysing the theory, thisset system can be able to meet the entire manufacturing operation action of ETD-Amphenol,also can be able to develop good relationship with upstream suppliers and downstreamcustomers. But in the actual execution procession, it shows the irregulation monitor place andeach departments collaboration inefficiency, thus the ETD-Amphenol reacts too slow to themarket and rises cost. It can’t meet customer requirements. So simply transplanting theadvanced management concepts to the actual operation is not feasible, which requires themanagers managing the work flexibility according to the enterprises actual situation. On thisbasis situation, this thesis starting from the actual operating conditions of the ETD-Amphenolcompany, the first part analyses the ETD-Amphenol company current situation about supplychain management. And then from the perspective of supply chain management, it givesappropriate strategy to the issues of supply chain management of ETD-Amphenol. Finally,this thesis makes a conclusion. I hope that through this thesis study, the ETD-Amphenolcompany can recognize the existing problems, and can execute the effective implementationof supply chain management, then it can execute meticulous management on the place thatinfluence smooth supply chain, improve operational efficiency, enhance customer servicelevels, so it can improve ETD-Amphenol company market competition. I also hope that this thesis study can give a certain reference to the manufacture company similar withETD-Amphenol company.
