Over the years, Z company to explore the formation of the characteristics of management methods,and establish a good social image of responsibility. However,Z company's electricity coal supply chain management problems serious, lead to losses by coal-fired power plants, it has already crumbling. Thus, the urgent need to application of advanced theory to guide and optimization Z company power coal supply chain management, so as to change the traditional management mode,improve enterprise operation efficiency and economic benefit.The author according to his own work experience and research Z company information, this paper analyzes the Z company's electricity coal supply chain management problems and causes of the problems. The author puts forward some improvement Z company's electricity coal supply chain management measures, for example, update management concept, building supply chain management strategy, implementing intensive control modes, etc. The author hopes that through the implementation of these measures to lower Z company power coal cost and improve the economic benefit of the Z, and promote the healthy development of Z company, provide reliable electricity for the national economy.
