Nowadays, how to recruit and develop talented employee is the key issue for enterpriseto gain competition advantage and long-term development in upcoming century of knowledgeeconomic. However, bring good employee just the first step, how to keep these peopleworking well and create value to organization instead of employee losing is the follow topicthat organization faces on. Otherwise, if a company can not keep talented people stay in theorganization, company may suffer in great cost bring by frequently employee turnover, andrecruiting new employee, sleeting new employee and training new employee to fit the emptyposition is another cost to organization. In this situation, occupational health not only couldimprove employee’s health, but also could improve employee satisfaction and even employeeperformance of employee by creating a safety and comfortable work environment.Occupational safty could effect organization performance and indirectly generate profitto organization is proven base on current research. On the edge of this field, some researchersare trying to integrate ecological into the field of occupational health and raise theory fromemployee ecological approach in order to discover the deeper relationship and effect. Thisstudy includes4sections. In first section, this study will collect current research and performtheoretical analysis on related factor and then raise hypothesis and research model. Secondsection is developing research instrument, such as developing and review questionnaire. Inthird section, statistical analysis, which including structure factor analysis, descriptiveanalysis, correlative analysis, regression analysis, and miderator analysis, is performed toanalysis the deeper relationship between those main factors. The conclusions were drawn asfollowing.(1) Occupational safty is composed of two factors, regulatory fit is composed of twofactors, employee satisfaction is composed of a single factor, and employee performancecomposed of three factors.(2) Occupational safty has positive impact on employee performance, employeesatisfaction has positive impact on employee performance, and Occupational safty haspositive impact on employee satisfaction.(3) Employee satisfaction has mediating effect on the relationship between Occupationalsafty and employee performance.(4) Regulatory fit has moderating effect on the relationship between Occupational saftyand employee satisfaction.
