| Lean production is a well-known and advanced management model that is widely investigated and applied on industries and service industries and expected to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprise. Many world famous enterprises have gradually formed their own lean management system in the study and practice progress. To deal with the change in the external and internal environment and to enhance the manufacturing ability, it is an urgent need for CIMC Company to create its own lean management system. The key content in this paper is to establish a scientific, reasonable implementation promotion plan, and to solve the problem effectively found in the promotion progress for CIMC Company to ensure the implementation of the lean production strategy.The article focuses on a fully analysis of the present situation of lean production of CIMC Company, investigates the focus problems in the implementation process of the lean production and further excavates the reason of this problems based on the management theory and an intensive search at home and abroad. we put forward a contrapuntal solution of implementation of lean production base on consruction of LP culture, LP system,support mechanisms and talent training. These solutions are involved in lean improvement of culture construction, evaluation of system construction, talent training, creation of business models and construction of support mechanisms, and accelerate the implementation of lean production strategy for CIMC Company through strengthening construction of organization ability of the enterprise. This article has put forward a serial of correspondence solutions according to the current problems of implementation progress of lean production based on lean production management theory and continuous improvements ability of enterprise. These research are supplement and improvement in the implementation strategy of present lean production for CIMC Company and also provide some reference value for other enterprises. |
