The FY group is an enterprise, which is engaged in value added services on educational culture, involving the area of book publishing, library development, book planning issue promotion training on teaching materials,education network service, the study of software development, educational cinema insurance broker,etc.It depends on the original enterprise mode-the family type management for its subsidiaries in control mode. Owning to the broaden of all sorts of its subsidiaries, complicated problems have arisen.Company’s decision layer has focused so much on business between the group and subsidiaries or two subsidiaries,without thinking the industrial development in the group,strategic planning and industrial layout. Therefore,it seems extremely urgent to establish a set of control mode in the FY group on responsibilities and rights.This thesis mainly does a research on how the FY group chooses a decent management system during their process of collectivization. Firstly, from the perspective of the FY group development, the group control mode should be around the business mode of the group. Moreover, be aware of three control systems, their conditions and ranges. In addition, how to make control process and implement security between the group and subsidiary and then consolidate the control system in the FY group.Finally, make a correct option for the FY group,which matches their mode of operation,control their fourteen subsidiaries effectively,integrate highly the internal resources and strengthen the management and administrative ability. All sides are collaborative development, from the family type into the modern group control,making sustainable development in FY group come true in the future. |
