MOL Lines is the biggest marine shipping company of the world with its scale. Though it is big but still has certain gap with it’s competitors in container business. The company must make some efforts to improve the sales performance of container lines while the environment is more and more worse because the competition get more drastic day by day.Firstly, the article disclosed the background of selecting topic and method&target, also the frame and scope such so on etc. at Introduction; describe the7ps theory which is the main correlative theory of service marketing in the world. The article conclude the useful program based on the analysis of MOL’s. actual environment, and expect to make.some improvement of sales performance after implementation.The article focused on the seven main factors which is emphasized in the service sales theory, the7"P" factors, and do analyzing to the actual situation, then work out the settlement of the existing problem. With the detail and deeply research, the improvement plan will have it’s character to implement. Above all, the captioned work indicates that to make pertinence answer is more useful and appropriate with focused on target problem.
