With the development of globalization, more and more China company have walked out and carried out the international operation. As an important part in the process of internationalization, international market entry mode selcetionl5crueialforthe success or failure of international operation to a large extent. as the important main force in national economy, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the problem of company international market entry mode selection.In the past study of the global market access, this is things of llarge enterprises, especially those multinational group. However, More and more small and medium-sized enterprise began to do a global business. Large multinational companies go into the international market as a market leader, but the small and medium-sized enterprise is always a market followers.For our country’s large enterprise group, the international market access has been completed, and small and medium-sized enterprises which had been to international market are in peak, in the progress, they will face themore complex, more difficult problem, small and medium-sized enterprise be as the research object, it will be more meaningful.
