Research On Crucial Problems In The Construction Of Biomass Power Plant Projects

Nowadays, China is facing with many issues, such as increasing farmers’income, protecting environment and adjusting energy structure, etc., needed to be solved by developing biomass power generation industry. Since the implementation of Renewable Energy Law in2006, China’s renewable energy industry has entered into a rapid development period. And according to the goal of China’s2020renewable energy development, the consumption of non-fossil energy will account for15%.The thesis first describes the development of biomass power generation industry in China and the practical significance and the internal demand, in the study of biomass resources in China is introduced at the same time, biomass power generation in China the current situation of the project. Based on the analysis of the present stage of China’s biomass power generation faces from policy, technology and competition risk, from the angles of project management, gives the Chinese biomass power plant project construction generally existing problems, and the necessity of its research are described in detail. In the case analysis, choose A B KM biomass power plant construction as an example, from the electric power system, the fuel supply, site selection, general layout, environmental protection and energy conservation and rational utilization of resources and other aspects of the biomass power plant the key problems in the construction of concrete analysis.The paper mainly has four aspects:one is to complete the "renewable energy and long-term development plan" proposed in the strategic target, realize the sustained and healthy economic and social development, we must attach great importance to the full and effective use of biomass energy resources, accelerate biomass power project construction, promote the development of biomass power generation industry. Two is the source of raw materials is still the current biomass power plant construction in the face of need pressing settlement problem, but for the research object in this paper, we should consider more in power plant planning and construction process to make the site selection and regional economic and social environmental factors; the three is to consider the project area the function positioning and industrial development direction in the process of project construction, the electric power system, the fuel supply, site selection, general layout, cost control, operations management, environmental protection and energy conservation and rational utilization of resources and other issues; the four is to consider the project area power load forecast and power grid planning, in after the completion of the project construction, should carry out the program after the evaluation, in order to better match the local power grid planning.In a word, this study is to provide useful help for the rapid and healthy development of China’s biomass power industry, and to provide some valuable reference to investors and biomass power plants owners.
