Xibaipo Line Project Construction Site Expropriation Cost Management

With the development of modern economy,the country's operational requirements for the safe and stable operation of the power grid have increased.The importance attached to the environment and land has gradually increased in the society.The technological level of the project construction and the technological level of the equipment have been gradually improved.The construction land of the power grid project and the difficulty of compensation work have been gradually improved.It is also getting bigger and bigger,and the cost has gradually increased.This has become the main factor in the increase in cost of power grid engineering.Through research and analysis,the construction contractor and the construction unit of the Xibaipo 500kV power transmission and transformation project signed a compensation contract for the construction site requisition and cleaning fee,analyzed various factors affecting the construction site requisition and cleaning fee,and found out the problems.Since China is now in a period of transition from a planned economy to a market economy,the old management system has not yet been reformed,the relevant legal system is still not complete,and there is no comprehensive government policy support.Everything needs to be explored by the company itself.The uncertainties contained in the construction site requisition and clean-up costs have made it more difficult to control costs.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct detailed analysis on the various parts of the construction site requisition and cleaning costs,find the cause of the loss of the construction site requisition,and find the best solution to this problem.This paper adopts the Analytic Network Process(ANP)to establish an evaluation model for settlement plans for construction site requisition and cleaning fees in power transmission and transformation projects.Two settlement methods that are more commonly used today are:fixed total price and real reporting,through the establishment of ANP model.Comparing the weights of the two schemes and finding out the important factors in them provide an effective and feasible proposal for the company's decisions.
