In last two decades, market-based industrial clusters have developed drama tically in China, especially in littoral areas. Going along with open-trading stra tegy, both economic and social environment have improved largely in Jiangxi Province. These are under guidance of series of national strategies, including’J iangxi growing up in central China’strategy and plans on building Poyanghu Lake ecological economic zoo. Industrial clusters with respectively advanced ch aracteristics have been formed in different areas in Jiangxi.
