| With the impact of economic globalization, the impact on the agricultural economicdevelopment of energy shortages and other issues has become more and more deep. Theecological agriculture has absorbed the essence of traditional agriculture, and refers themethod of modern agricultural production and management, using sustainable development asthe basic guiding ideology, protecting and improving the agricultural ecological environmentis the core of artificial ecological engineering design, continues to adjust and optimize theagricultural structure and its function for simultaneous optimization of agricultural economysystem, rural social system, natural ecosystems. So it is necessary to do in-depth research andanalysis for the development of ecological agriculture and its countermeasures. On the basisof in-depth analysis of ecological agriculture in China, we can better promote thedevelopment of agriculture, increase the level of development of the rural economy, andimprove the standard of living of farmers in China fundamentally, thus make contribution toour national economic development.The paper starts with the history, the basic theory and the basic mode of the ecologicalagriculture development which are analyzed in the scopes of ecological and social systems.On the basis of analysis of ecological problems and constraints in rural areas, the paperobtains the countermeasures for development of eco-agriculture. The countermeasures include:updating the concept of agricultural development; perfecting agricultural policies andregulations; rationally developing and utilizing the agricultural resources; strengthening theefforts of environmental governance; resolving the contradiction between the large marketsand small-scale production through the intensive management; improving science andtechnology of ecological agriculture development and so on. Meanwhile, in order to furtherenhance the operational application of ecological agricultural countermeasures, this paperdiscusses the basic link which ecological agriculture should have in the construction. Thus,the research on the ecological agriculture and its countermeasures for development has acertain role in promoting the theory and practise of ecological agriculture development. |
