South Korea And Russia In The East Economic Cooperation Study

South Korea and Russia have been established the diplomatic relations for20years since September1990,trade and investment cooperation develop rapidly in of the area, sources of energy, science and technology, aerospace and other fields realized economic cooperation. Especially, as one of main form of foreign trade level in the economic cooperation between the two countries also achieved remarkable results. But at present there are still some problems to be solved between the two countries This paper uses the theory of comparative advantage and regional integration theory to analyze the Korean and Russian East area economic cooperation has favorable conditions such as geographical advantages, complementary factor of production and industrial structure and so on, but also facing restricting factors,such as the investment environment, lack of long-term planning and the situation on the Korean Peninsula is not stable. Therefore, Economic cooperation between Korean and Russian East area still has a long way to go. Secondly, objectively analyse the current economic cooperation status quo and existing problems between South Korean and Russian East area, And put forward the corresponding solutions in relatively simple trade structure,small investment scale and low capital cooperation degree problem. Finally, from a strategic point of view,I use the SWOT Matrix analysis method to work out S-O strategy, strategy, W-O S-T strategy and W-T strategy four kinds of strategies from macroscopical, microcosmic two levels, it has important reference value to promote economic cooperation between Korea and eastern region of Russia. On this basis, put forward the deepen cooperation prospect between the eastern region of South Korea and Russia.
