Study On The Energy Saving Management Of In Road Transportation Of Jilin Province

Energy saving is not only the concerns of economic development, but also the political problem. It is the important approach of modem macro-economic regulations and important expression of changing economic growth mode. According to the adjustment of transportation organization level, the promotion of technology innovation and the strengthening of supervision in road transportation, they can avoid the energy wasted, reduce the waste emissions and relieve the shortage of energy. Finally, it can realize the low carbon and sustainable development of road transport in Jilin province. The effective management of energy saving is the basic requirement and long-term task for building the resource-saving and environment-friendly society.Based on the summary of the present research situation, the thesis analyzes the energy consumption characteristics of road transport in Jilin province combing the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method, which are the growth of total energy consumption and the high proportion of oil consumption. From the aspects of the legal regulations and specific management measures, the thesis analyzes the management present situation of energy saving in road transport of Jilin and discusses the existing problems and main reasons. The international management methods of energy saving is summarized in road transport, which are divided into economic measures and noneconomic measures from two aspects of long-term and short-term goal.Copying from the successful management experience of foreign energy saving in road transport, the thesis proposes six suggestions based on the management present situation of energy saving in Jilin road transport, combining economic measures and the non-economic measures, the long-term and short-term goal. That are to strengthen the publicity of energy saving and the structure adjustment of road transport organization, promote the implementation of the relevant system effectively, encourage technology innovation and information-based construction of energy saving, increase the demonstration projects of energy saving and boost the supervision and management of energy saving in road transport.
