As the main members of the transport services market, Road transport enterprises's energy consumption has played an important role in China's energy-saving work of the emission reduction. This paper first researches on the interaction between the road transports enterprise's development and it's energy strategy. Then summarizes the development process of road transport market. Based on the network economy effects, it propose that the road transport enterprises should be in scale, network-based, and intensive direction. After it analyses the domestic road transport markets's overall energy consumption situation, analyzed the existing problems of the technical standards for energy-saving emission reduction. And further defined importance of the road transport enterprises reducing emissions of energy-saving, proposed it should achieve sustainable Development and harmonious development's goal.Based on this, it constructs the road transport energy enterprise development "Windmill" dynamic model, and proposes that enterprises should be combined the economical use of energy with the long-term's development. Through the design of it's energy statistical evaluation of regression model, it uses with Q enterprises as an example for the empirical analysis of energy issues. In the road transport enterprises of foreign energy development of relevant experience, the paper lists from business organizations and service products adjustment, structural adjustment model, optimize transport organizations, the establishment of energy statistical system, energy-saving incentive and restraint mechanisms to protect for companies health, safety development. |
