The opportunity that a single person or a team manages and runs multi-project is no longer rare in communication enterprises nowadays.How to achieve optimal performance through the effective project management? It is an inevitable topic. Multi-project management is a better method to optimize and recombinant different kinds of production resources. Through an effective and optimal scheme to allocate the resources and disperse the project risk, the enterprise achieves the maximum income, and finally improves the core-competitiveness in the market.Based on the background of Telecommunication Company multi-projects, this thesis analyzes the telecommunication multi-project’s character and organization contracture.Through researching a number of the telecommunication company’s project, the reason why China’s telecommunications company multi-project management level is low is revealed. The reason is analyzed deeply. Based on the theoretical study and summarization of the existing multi-project management, this thesis builds multi-project priority model by combing the comprehensive fuzzy method with the AHP. Besides, from a living example, the thesis validate the multi-project management methods which adapt to the communication company to optimal resources and enhance the competitiveness.
