Influence Factor&Effect Analysis Of Labor Return In Post-Financial Crisis Era

As the economic crisis spreading in2008, the atrophying of foreign economy leaded to exports volume die-off, factory and company in southeast China gone bankrupt in large-scale. This led to labor force extensive refluence. Based on this, the thesis try to analyze the labor force refluence in depth. Found on analytical tool and model, the paper analyzed the influence factor and effect of labor force refluence, Do my utmost to give some useful policy and suggestion.Refluence of labor force means that the labor from the country yard who gone out for work, and then they came back to their home town because of some reasons. It’s just recent years for our country to study this subject. Earlier days, more study is about labor flux. The subprime crisis of2008focused our gaze to the labor return phenomenon again. Educational circles are more pay attention to qualitative analysis, less on quantitative analysis. This article tries to construct an simple analyzing model to do the quantitative analysis, influencing factor of labor return as independent variable, decision-making of labor return as induced variable, based on some cruising data. And also tries to do the qualitative analysis on labor return from different visual angle—labor active return and labor passive return. It thinks the main reasons of labor return is as follows:peasant-worker returning native places to start the undertaking, Caring for the old and children, industrial transfer and some other active returning factor; Economic crisis redundancies, technical threshold and some other passive returning factor. Labor return because of different factors, can also bring different effects to the society. Labor return can help relieve the contradiction in city; help to raise the female status in village, good to promote the new village construction. On the other side, labor return will also lead to labor shortage for labor intensive industry, to decrease per capita area of cultivated farmland, to increase the pressure of community management in village.Based on the above analysis, to aim at the problem of labor return, I think government and companies can adopt a series of measures to avoid abuse, prominent the merits. Such as to innovate the labor force household registration system, to buy the social insurance for the peasant-workers, to implement industrial innovation, to increase the job post, to continue industry transfer of coastal region in east China, to encourage the peasant-workers returning native places to start the undertaking, for the returned migrant workers who engaged in agricultural production, we can help them to develop crop production and livestock breeding through increase the production subsidy, complete the country area infrastructure and do some other supportive policies.
