Study On Long-term Mechanism Of Farmer’s Income Growth

Currently, the biggest problem of economic and social development is the "three dimensional rural issues" issue, the core of this issue is the issue of farmers, and its core is farmers’income. Farmers is the overwhelming majority of our population, and the slowly growth of farmers’income, not only restricts improving the living standards of farmers, but also restricts the potential development of agricultural, and it affects the sustained, rapid and healthy development of national economy. Meanwhile, further expanding the gap between urban and rural areas, also affect the entire social stability and unity. Therefore, how to make the income of the farmers get long-term, sustained, rapid growth, and establishing long-term mechanism to making farmers’ income improve, is still the most important task for governments at all levels.In this paper, we start from describing the composition of farmers’income and the content of long-term mechanism for increasing farmers’ income, analyzes the characteristics of fanners’ income and the structural change of farmers’ income sources,from the reform and opening up of Jinan City, also we make horizontal and vertical comparison with the farmers’income in Jinan City. Meanwhile, from the perspective of the composition about farmers’income, we analysis the restricting factors of farmers’ income growth factor of Jinan City, and we build long-term mechanism for farmers’ income to achieve the target of improving the growth of farmers’ income in Jinan City.In this study, we get the following conclusions:First, from the reform and opening up, farmers ’incomes in Jinan City have been greatly improved; Secondly, in the composition of farmers’ income of Jinan City, household income accounts for the main part of the business, followed by wages income; thirdly, there are many factors affecting the farmers’ income of Jinan City, including rural infrastructure, rural industrial structure adjustment in place, the farmers themselves are not high quality, lack of resources and ao on; fourthly, for the present situation of Jinan, in order to achieve sustained and healthy growth of farmers’ income, it is necessary to establish a long-term mechanism to increase farmers, including rural industrial structure adjustment mechanism, the mechanism of industrial management of agriculture, rural surplus labor transfer of protection mechanism, a mechanism for training and quality of migrant workers distribution mechanism government business interests ect.
