At present, it is an urgent problem to solve that how to analyses the performance evaluation of logistics enterprise reasonably and comprehensively; how to find out advantages and disadvantages. Promote to establish enterprise efficient performance mechanism and improve competition ability. However, there is not a performance evaluation system in enterprise field, especially, in newly-born logistics enterprise field. Based on this, the present thesis is devoted to study the performance evaluation of logistics enterprises on theoretical and empirical level. The main results achieved in this thesis can be summarized as follows:1. Combined with the present studies on the performance evaluation of logistics enterprise in home and abroad, a comprehensive review of its background and significance is summarized.2. The theory of the performance evaluation of logistics enterprise is discussed details, it concludes the definition of the logistics enterprise, the logistics functions, foundational theory, key elements, and the basic principle of enterprise performance.3. Based on the prior studies production, integrate them into a new combination of both financial and non-financial index system of logistics performance evaluating.4. The comprehensive evaluation methods of logistics performance are summarized. Then combined with the characteristic of logistics enterprise, put forward an effective method to logistics performance evaluation.5. Use operational performance assessment method constructed in this paper to analysis operational performance of a logistics enterprise, and put forward some solution to improve the operational performance.
