Airline output is to achieve the displacement of people or cargo. In this production process, the pilot plays a very important role. They not only directly responsible for the safety of passengers and cargo, but also representatives of the airline’s image and reputation.What’s more, the value they create for the company is also the largest. It takes lots of time and money to access and train excellent pilot, which makes the replacement cost of pilots be very high. These factors make the development of airline pilots to become the core resource in the company.In do my study with the case of S Airline. In this paper, I do the research of the management of pilots under the new system. By the analysis of the pilots management and development of S Airline, research how a rational approach to improve the company’s pilot management and capacity, improve the working enthusiasm of pilots, stable flight team, reduce labor costs and increase job satisfaction, and, through reasonable human resource development mechanisms to enhance the quality of the existing pilots to extend their careers, to promote the pilots management of S airline to world-class, by enhancing the company’s pilots management to corporate strategy level, to achieve S Aviation company by leaps and bounds.In this paper, the main empirical analysis, theoretical analysis as support for the overall S company pilot made a full investigation, in the full analysis on the basis of scientific evidence, reached the following conclusions:S company can develop a mechanism pay system, security system, communication system, culture and other aspects of management capabilities to enhance, strengthen the management capacity of the pilot, through effective career planning, upgrading of existing pilots the ability to explore the potential of the existing pilot ways to improve the business for now a rational use of flight personnel the ability.Core human resources is the company’s value creation and competitive advantage to play a key role in the formation of the staff. Pilot’s work is a high risk, high-skill, high-income occupations, corresponding to the training for pilots to conduct high investment. At present, the civil aviation takes pilots as a core resource to airlines. Since the air into the high-speed development period, the pilot "quit","stop flying","return" and other related events are often hit the newspapers, the entire community of professional pilots and mobile nature of the problem has been to have a high degree of concern. This innovation is the will there is a certain special nature of professional airline pilots as subjects, in-depth analysis of the pilots as the airline’s core human resources, the importance of hope through the S airline pilot management and development of research to identify enhance the core human resource management strategies and methods for the domestic airline company, there are similar problems can learn.
