Infrastructure Construction Companies Working Methods Of Project-oriented

As Chinese infrastructure industry is labor-intensive, there are still barriers for its institutional development, and the organization structure of government style enterprises is not reasonable enough, which is resulting in the status of unefficient management, irrational allocation of resources, low utilization of resources and so on. Thus from the current research of project-oriented organizations, it is necessary to establish a project-oriented organization which can balance the conflicts and integrate the capabilities of project, program and portfolio organizations from a strategic point of view.Based on the theory of Gareis, POC and PBO, applying project-oriented organization in infrastructure construction enterprises, the paper did some research on management methods of infrastructure construction enterprises management to enhance the comprehensive management capabilities of companies. Therefore the paper mainly focus on five parts:organizational structure, process management, role management, performance management and enterprise culture. Through the application of project-oriented working methods in the enterprises, the organization structure can be more suited for enterprises’the long-term and diversified development, the department’s roles of employees are more accurate, the performance appraisal results from the general manager to the related department personnel are more dynamic and accurate, moreover, under the premise of reasonable operation of the enterprises, their cohesion can be gradually increased and the enterprise culture has been further elevated.Based on the in-depth research of the existing management theory of infrastructure enterprises, the project-oriented working methods can indeed effectively change the existing organization mode of enterprises, enhance the competitiveness of and control capability of the enterprises, provide good reform recommendations for infrastructure construction enterprises. The project-oriented management has become the current trend of construction enterprises and the developing level, application status and innovation degree have become the key factors effecting the long-term development of organizations. In a word, the needs and practices of project-oriented management throughout the society have entered a stage of rapid development, more attention and research will be great help for the construction of the project-oriented society, and provide intellectual support for building an innovative country and a harmonious society.
