In recent years, because of the change of population structure, the situation of the enterprise employment is hardly optimistic. Labor shortage in2010has not only broken the everlasting advantage of Chinese cheap labor force, but also forced the Foxconn Technology Group, one of the labor-intensive enterprises, to raise the wages and welfare and change the used production mode-simply pressing their labor in domestic market and compressing their profit space in the international market. At the same time, Foxconn was also facing a crisis because of "serial jumps". Due to shortage of labor and poor management system, workers suffered a great of job pressure from physical and mental, and that will cause increasing burnout and high turnover rate, and also bring about a sharp increase in recruitment cost. All these are a potential threat to the normal operation of Foxconn. More and more manufacturing industries has pay attention to how to stabilize human resourcesThis research takes workers in Foxconn (Yantai) technology industrial park as the object of study, at the same time introduced the personality traits as the regulation variables to investigate the impact of working stress, burnout and turnover rate. Based on the literature reviews and the study on the situation of workers burnout and stress, a hypothesis model and measure index have been proposed to collect data from employees in different positions by questionnaire, and then the data has been analyzed by the SPSS17.0statistic software. The results of research are as follows:(1) Job pressure, burnout and turnover intention have a significant difference because of the different sex, age, work experience, education, marital status of workers.(2) Occupation development, organization management and the work itself, the three dimensions of work stress, has significantly positive correlation with turnover intention, and also have positive predicting effect.(3) The emotional exhaustion and depersonalization dimensions of burnout have significantly correlation with turnover intention, while personal accomplishment has no significant correlation with turnover intention. However, the three dimensions of burnout all have positive effect on turnover intention.(4) Job burnout plays the complete mediator role on the relationship of job itself and turnover intention, and plays the semi-mediator role on the relationship of the career development and turnover intention, and the relationship of organization management and turnover intention.(5) Some of the personality traits play a moderate role among job pressure, burnout and turnover intention.Last, according to the analysis above, some constructive management suggestions of pressure relieveing and turnover rate reduction have been put forward. And I hope these suggestions will be helpful in improving the line management situation of manufacturing industries.
