The Research On Incentive Mode Of Technology Innovation Team In Nationalized Iron Enterpirse

With the rapid development of science and technology, scientific and technologicalinnovation has already been the radical drive for enterprises to develop, or even the foothold oftheir strategies and developing orientation. The competition between enterprises has beentransferred to the competition between technological innovation talents. However, due to themultidisciplinary feature of innovative research, technological innovation team has been thesignificant supporter of technological innovation and talent cultivation.Nationalized iron enterprise has problematic innovation system, slow construction ofinnovation culture, and is constrained by its original organizational system, which leads to thelack of stability and sustainability in technological innovation team. Therefore, it is verysignificant for nationalized iron enterprise to built incentive model of technological innovationteam and its characteristic innovation culture. They can stimulate nationalized iron enterprise togenerate its team innovation positivity and promote its self-dependent innovation ability andmarket competitiveness.Combined with literature researches and interview surveys at home and abroad, firstly, therelevant theories on technological innovation team and motivation are stated. Based on that, theimportance of building technological innovation teams in nationalized iron enterprise, the mainincentive methods and the existing weak points are analyzed. Then, incentive model oftechnological innovation team in Nationalized Iron Enterprise is constructed and the specialstress is laid on the assessment of technological innovation achievement. Finally, the applicationof incentive model in WISCO is studied, and accordingly the complementary suggestions areproposed.
