Innovation is the source of the motive force for the modern enterprise,and it is the basis of accelerating the upgrading of products,enlarging market share and keeping the competition advantage.The birth of theory and practice of innovative team provide a new and important way for enterprises to improve their innovation ability,optimize the way of research and training innovative talents.Since the reform and opening,national defense task and continuously appearing of new problems,new features,and new requirements,the old way needs to upgrade.In this paper,using aerospace research and innovation needs of military enterprises as the background,some of the selected(hereinafter referred to as A Institute)undertake a number of national science and technology innovation team pre-research project for the study,the research team of the current status of the operation and management of the main analysis team success factors and problems using analytic hierarchy process a comprehensive evaluation of the resulting management level,and gives the path and recommendations to enhance the management level.First,the paper analyzed the innovation team management.From five aspects,which are the management structure,team goals,the basic configuration,workflow and management process,the paper summarized management characteristics of the innovation team of A Institute.Secondly,the paper used AHP to systematically analyze the factors of military enterprises pre-research project innovation team management and formed a comprehensive evaluation innovation management team of A Institute.On the basis of comprehensive evaluation,the paper form a research on four aspects,which were the building and management of innovation team,knowledge innovation,team member,and performance evaluation,got six important factors affecting the team's ability to innovate,and then it analyzed and summarized A of innovative management team among the existing problems and analyzed their causes.Finally,the paper discussed the innovation team management level upgradepaths,and build innovative team management to enhance programs to research results for the similar military innovation team management on some aspects,which were incentive systems,institutional development and policy suggestions etc.,in the hope of providing a reference for subsequent management and sustainable development of military enterprises innovation team.
