The Study On The Development Strategy Of The Enterprise's Technological Innovation

Technology always acts as the role of NO.1 productive force and brings new product continuously to us. It has not only changed market competitive rule but also has changed the way of our lives. When we entered 21st century, the economic and technological environment faced by enterprises have obviously changed. With the development of the market economy of our country and constant enlargement opening to the outside world, especially after the transition period when our country joins WTO, most industries take and pass through the rule integrated in an all-round way. The focus on strategy of enterprises pursued the production scale and cost advantage in the past turn into improving enterprises the key competitiveness. It is no doubt that the technological innovation has already become key elements which enterprises promoted their key ability. In addition, the technological environment that enterprises faced shows the trend of tightening of time , technology integration and globalization which requires enterprises to improve the reaction speed of organization from the visual angle of globalization, to meet the change of technology by cooperating with other organizations and to improve the technological innovation ability of enterprises. But the technological innovation ability of most enterprises in our country is poor and the strategic thinking of technological innovation is insufficient. Even there are development strategies , most enterprises speak of in general terms and lack an effective train of thought in developing implementation.This dissertation analyzed the basic theories of technological innovation and developmental trend of enterprise's strategy at first in order to establish the theoretical foundation for the full dissertation. Afterwards , standing the angle of development in era and after analysing the environment of technological innovation faced by enterprise of our country and current situation of then-technological innovation , This dissertation proposed the countermeasure and proposing to development strategy and implementing of enterprise's technological innovation of our country: We must strengthen the organizational management of the technological innovation and set up organization of technological innovation which suits enterprise oneself and foster the corporate culture which supporting enterprises to innovate continuously;and strengthen financial supporting and intellectual property protection implementation in technological innovation.Finally, this dissertation takes Golden Bridge Company as an example to carryon the positive research, and to propose its technological innovation strategy, and to design systematic model of technological innovation for it.
