| Coal as an important part of China’s energy resources relates with the country’s economic lifeline and people’s livelihood, and plays an important role to support development of various undertakings in our country. Our government pays close attention to the coal’s exploitation of the "ShenFu Coalfield", and demands to plan the development strategy of coal enterprises, in order to exploit step by step and realize sustainable development. Sha Goucha coal that is the largest state-owned enterprise not only bears its corporate responsibility but also shoulders an important social responsibility, and with the constant expansion of its production, development of strategic planning of research has become imperative.In this paper, the author analysis the corporate strategy of the Sha Goucha coal, and studies the external environment, the market environment of the coal products, facing with the advantage, a little potential, opportunities and challenges of the coal to determine the development strategic objectives and development strategy. Based on the analysis, the author proposes that the strategic positioning is centralized strategy. With the industrial development and expansion, the coal can use a related diversification strategy to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Finally, the author proposes the implementation of measures and safeguards, including integration other resources, extension of industrial sectors, development of power industry; the construction and improvement of corporate culture, the construction of information and production safety. In this study, the author proposes some conclusions of practical significance that also have a reference to other coal mining. |
