Human resources are the most precious and needed resources for the company.All resources in the company combined with each other,and the use of all resources rely on the company’s human resources to play a role.But,the simple accumulation of human resources is far unable to play the role for the company survival and development.Unreasonably simple accumulation of human resources will enable the company to generate more internal friction.This article uses SK energy company as the research object.Based on the staffing data of SK energy company. Through analysis the company’s organization,personnel,the actual problem in detail,and job correctly configured in management of company. Looking for a more optimized and more effective staffing method.There is a premise condition that can make human resource work smoothly.That is staffing.To achieve the optimal staffing of human resources.First need to understand character,temperament,interest,professional and other factors of human.According to the social moral principles,use the appraisal,selection,hiring and training evaluation to recruitment.Then choose the best configuration method timely reasonably arranged all types of staff.To make staff and company combine each other,let the company’s economic activities development.So the all staff in the company can play their professional skills and their potential abilities.Improving the productivity of human resources,create more economic and social benefits for company. I believe that correctly human resources staffing is direct impact the rational utilization of other resources of the company and the overall configuration results.It is the key factors of deciding whether the sustained,steady and rapid development of the company.
