Recent years, as the insurance industry developing in Inner Mongolia, especially the income from insurance premium which agents created was about half of the total income figure of the insurance company. Therefore the agents gradually became a significant element which consist the insurance market system. But in developing consideration of the actual conditions, there are several blocks in the way of sustainable development of the insurance agent system. Such as the low standard of employments, the unclearly status in laws, the unfit incentive mechanism, the low acceptation ratio in society, the unfit training structure, and the quality of supervise need to be improved etc. leads agents lose their sense of belonging and honor, or have deficiencies in responsibility and rough social image as well.To solve all the problems that mentioned above, we need to set hand in reform the agent’s management system. In this text, it begins from the basic theory of insurance system, analyses and summarize the current situation in insurance agent’s management system of Inner Mongolia, figures out what the problems are and where they come from, combines the experiences and inspirations of developed countries then puts forward the solutions to reform the insurance agent’s management system as the goal. |
