Thirdly,highlight either advantages and disadvantages on commercial banks of China, relating to the area of money supply, customers and branches, also futher outline the limitation and the way of improving. Finally, this article made the suggestion on the method of how to avoid financial risk, and how the improvement on organizational Structure in terms of commercial banks of China should typically be made.Also the steps of how to develop investment banking services had been suggested with the Process of risk management.
